| Triangle Club Inc, of Atlanta is a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible nonprofit corporation whose primary
purpose is to furnish a meeting place for members of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous,
Al-Anon and Alateen. The Corporation may also provide opportunities to study the disease of alcoholism
and its effects on the individual and/or the family and may also disseminate information about
the disease. The Corporation may in addition provide other services and promote other activities
to further the recovery of individuals and/or their families or friends who are affected by their
alcoholism and the recovery process. |

Triangle Club currently serves the needs of thousands of recovering alcoholics, drug addicts
and their families each week through more than 50 scheduled meetings.
